Returns and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
You can request cancellation or removal of items from your order for 1 hour after the order is placed.
Wisconsin Cottage Laws prohibit sales outside of the state, so if any orders are received from outside of Wisconsin, we will cancel them and issue a full refund.
How to start a cancellation
Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.
Contact us via email with your full name and order number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You may be required to show evidence for your claim.
Please note: our products can be heat sensitive and are not shipped with cold packaging. We are not responsible for any melting that may occur during transit. Our packaging reflects this so please coordinate with your letter carrier regarding alternate delivery options (such as holding it at the station for you to pick up versus sitting in their truck all day).
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive your refund request and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
